Ercom welcomes Jacques Pommeraud as a member of its Supervisory Board to assist with migrating toward SaaS and deploying customer success efforts.
For more than 20 years, Jacques Pommeraud has developed a rich and diversified experience in supporting, managing and transforming new technology companies in the cloud. He graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds an MBA in management from INSEAD. He started his consulting career at McKinsey & Company before joining Atos group, where he assisted in transforming the company during the acquisition of Siemens IT Solutions & Services, and led its Canopy Cloud subsidiary. Jacques then successively joined Salesforce as Head of the Success Services business, ensuring customer success and satisfaction, in addition to SAP in a similar role.
On May 1, 2018, Jacques joined Bureau Veritas as Executive Vice President with the Executive Committee, in charge of the Raw Materials, Industry & Infrastructure department in France and Africa, and the Government Services and International Trade (GSIT) business.
